The chassis stays open: Elegoo recommends an enclosure for ABS and ASA, sold separately and not included by default. The advertised maximum bed temperature is 110°C at 25°C ambient, which is typical for this entry-level Klipper segment.

The box includes the base unit, gantry frame unit, spool holder arm, touch screen, and spiral cable per Elegoo's "What's In Box" list, which mentions additional items without detailing all of them. This base version has neither Wi-Fi nor a built-in camera: connectivity is limited to USB and LAN per Elegoo, unlike the Plus and Max versions, which add Wi-Fi.
