The real benefit of the dual-zone bed depends on the size of the parts printed; like the base Neptune 4, this model has neither Wi-Fi nor a built-in camera.

Which projects is it for?
The Neptune 4 Pro carries over the open frame and 225 × 225 × 265 mm nominal build volume of the Neptune 4, with Klipper firmware pre-installed and a top speed advertised at 500 mm/s. The main difference is a heated bed split into two zones, 100W and 150W, that automatically activates the outer zone once the model exceeds 120 × 120 mm per Elegoo.
This targets users who print parts of varying sizes and want to cut heating time on small objects, while still being able to heat the full bed for larger parts.
Materials and setup
Like the Neptune 4, this version advertises a 300°C nozzle compatible with PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, ASA, and nylon, with a dual-gear direct extruder and a copper-titanium heat break per Elegoo. Both bed zones can also be controlled manually for finer temperature control.
The chassis stays open: Elegoo still recommends a separate enclosure for ABS and ASA. The dual-sided plate, PLA-specific and textured PEI, is the same as on the standard Neptune 4.
What the bundle includes or not
The box mirrors the Neptune 4's: base unit, gantry, spool holder arm, touch screen, and spiral cable per Elegoo's "What's In Box" list, which mentions further items, 9 and up in total, without detailing all of them. The exact contents should be checked on the retailer's listing.
Per Elegoo customer support quoted on the product page, multicolor printing is not supported on the Neptune 4 Pro; there is also no Wi-Fi or camera on this model.
Alternatives to compare
For a tighter budget without the segmented bed, the Neptune 4 covers the same volume for less. For more build space, the Neptune 4 Plus and Neptune 4 Max expand the footprint while keeping Klipper.
