Is the printer cover enough for the workspace?
No. A cover does not demonstrate that the resin’s ventilation and handling requirements are met. Read the safety data sheet and plan the workspace before choosing the machine.
The screen resolution and physical screen dimensions determine XY pixel size. Pixel size alone does not establish finished-part accuracy: exposure, resin, orientation, supports and post-curing also matter.
Plan the whole workspace
Read the resin’s safety data sheet and the printer manual before buying. Include appropriate handling, ventilation, washing, curing and waste arrangements. A printer cover is not a substitute for those requirements.
Choose a resin-specific process
Use an exposure profile for your printer and resin combination, then follow the resin manufacturer’s washing and curing instructions. Water-washable does not mean that contaminated wash water can be poured down a drain.
