Phrozen advertises a 22 μm resolution with 50% fewer layer lines than previous generations, aiming for smoother surfaces without extra sanding after printing.
Materials and setup
The printer uses a Linear Projection LED light module per Phrozen's comparison chart, with a layer thickness advertised from 0.01 to 0.30 mm. The open .PRZ file format stays compatible with common slicers such as Lychee, Chitubox, or Tango.
The high-temperature LCD panel, introduced as a 2025 update, is advertised by Phrozen to better resist heat and hold its precision over time, even across repeated prints.
What the bundle includes or not
Phrozen notes that a thank-you envelope with support and warranty information ships with the printer; a CHITUBOX Pro trial card may be included depending on the production batch, without a guarantee every time. The exact box contents (resin tank, build plate, accessories) should be checked on the retailer's listing.
The wash-and-cure station, along with resin, are not included by default and are presented as add-on products on the Phrozen store.
