The Photon Mono 4 Ultra carries over the same volume as the Mono 4, 153.4 × 87 × 165 mm per Anycubic, with an identical monochrome 10K screen (9024 × 5120px, 17 × 17µm pixels). It targets the same use case: miniatures, figurines, and detailed parts in a compact format.

The difference is speed: with High Speed Resin 2.0, the machine advertises up to 120 mm/h at 0.1mm layer height, a 60% increase over the previous generation per the manufacturer, versus 80 mm/h maximum with standard resin.

Materials and setup

The printer runs standard resin, High Speed Resin 2.0, and a 14K texture resin per Anycubic, each with its own exposure profile. The light source combines a COB chip and Fresnel lens with a uniformity algorithm advertised at 90% or higher.

Failed-print detection monitors anomalies (cracks, detachment, layer separation) and pauses the print if an issue appears per the manufacturer, alongside monitoring of the remaining resin level.
