Frequently asked questions

Do you need the Enclosure Plus to print ABS?

It's not included by default: the CR-M4 is open-frame out of the box, and the enclosure remains a separate accessory. Without it, ABS stays more prone to warping on a bed this size.

Does the bed heat up fast enough for regular use?

Creality advertises 60°C in 160 seconds for the 470 × 470 mm bed, which is fast given the surface being heated, though the real time depends on ambient conditions.

What's the difference with the Ender-5 Max?
